The IT System Solutions team carried out a review of all our services and identified many areas for improvement. They were fantastic in implementing all the equipment that we required to stabilise and update our infrastructure. We requested IT System Solutions in December 2015 audit our current environment. They identified issues with our current network setup especially in the backups of the servers. IT System Solutions put together a solution to ensure our backups were being done and continuously monitored and also implemented a site to site replication of our backups to ensure ongoing protection in case of disaster. Since then IT System Solutions have taken over management of all our services including ongoing IT support for our staff across our two locations Mt Waverley and in the City.
